SUGAR BOWL COMMUNITY JAM

JC ACTION SPORTS are pumped to be hosting a jam style event at the newly finished “Sugar Bowl” skatepark.

The park cost $2.2 million dollars and is a state of the art facility!!

The event kicks off at 10am on Saturday the 28th of November with sign ups to your preferred event! *HELMETS ARE A MUST, NO HELMET? NO RIDE

We will be having organised games of Spike Ball, Basketball and Table Tennis throughout the proceedings of the day.

10:30am From there we will get into our “zone” and battle it out against each other with games of Bike,Scoot and skate for the U18 sections with the top 3 riders going into the finals.

11:30am the Open class will commence with same as above games and results.

12:00pm Bunnyhop competition/High jump/Long jump (depending on time)

12:30pm lunch break with a short talk from one of our presenters and giveaways. Free drinks and sausage sizzle.

1:00pm Finals top three shootout!

1:30pm/2pm Winners announced, prizes received followed by another short message from one of our awesome presenters

The rules

• Set a challenge – maybe a manual, bunnyhop, jump or a combination line to ride

• The rider who sets the challenge has to complete it first – if they are successful first go the other riders have to match them within two tries. If the other riders fail they get ‘given a letter’ e.g. ‘B’…

• If the rider sets a challenge and fails, move onto the next riders for their turn to set the challenge

• If all riders complete the challenge, move onto the next rider for their turn to set the challenge

• If a rider fails 4 challenges in the game they get four letters e.g. ‘B I K E’. If you get 4 letters you are out.

• When all riders but 1 have their 4 letters, the last rider is the winner
